She prayed!
She waited!
The hours became days, the days became weeks and months went by.....
And the response from Heaven was silence.
If you’ve ever whispered a prayer and felt like Heaven didn’t answer back, you’re not alone.
There are seasons when God seems quiet, when your heart aches for direction, your yearning for an answer is deafening in the silence.....

But silence doesn’t mean separation.

When Heaven Seems Quiet
It’s easy to think, “Maybe God isn’t listening.”
We feel defeated.
Broken!
But often, He’s doing what we can’t see.
He’s aligning people, preparing opportunities, and most importantly, strengthening our faith for what’s coming next.
Think of it like an orchestra before a concert.
The audience sits in anticipation, the room still, but behind the curtain, instruments are being tuned, stage lights are adjusting, and the conductor is preparing for the perfect moment to begin.
That’s what God’s silence is like.
A divine pause before a holy performance.
Finding God in the Whisper
Remember Elijah on the mountain?
“The Lord was not in the wind… nor in the earthquake… nor in the fire. But after the fire came a gentle whisper.”
— 1 Kings 19:11–12
When the noise of life fades, His whisper becomes clear.
Sometimes He speaks not through words, but through an inner peace.
Not through answers, but through endurance.
Not through signs, but through the stillness.

Can you trust that He’s still working, even when you can’t hear Him?

Father,
Thank You for being present, even when You feel far away.
Teach me to rest in Your silence and trust that You are still working.
Quiet my fears, calm my thoughts, and help me recognize Your voice in the stillness.
Remind me that Your timing is perfect and Your presence never fades.
Even when I don’t see it - You’re working.
Even when I don’t hear it - You’re working.
Let my waiting become worship,
and my silence become surrender.
